Warranty claims

Got a warranty issue? No worries — we’ve made it easy. All claims go through our online warranty form. Just make sure you fill in all the details we ask for, otherwise we might not be able to process your claim. You can find the form on our website — it only takes a few minutes to complete.

Stomp Distribution offers a 30-day parts-only warranty from the date you made your purchase in the UK. This covers your product for any parts defects, as long as the following conditions are met.

Exclusions

Our warranty only covers bikes bought from an authorised Stomp Distribution dealer, or one of our official online stores. Bikes used for rental or any other commercial purpose aren’t covered.

The warranty also doesn’t apply if:

  • Non-Stomp parts have been fitted

  • The bike has been in an accident, crash, or collision

  • Parts have been modified from their original design

  • The bike hasn’t been properly maintained or was assembled incorrectly (unless built by an authorised Stomp dealer)

  • The bike was damaged during transport

Please remember — Stomp products are made for off-road fun, not for motocross, minibike, or BMX tracks. If parts fail because of that kind of use, it won’t be covered under the warranty.

Warranty period

Pit Bikes


For petrol pit bikes, Stomp Distribution offers a 30-day parts-only warranty from the date of your original retail purchase. For electric bikes, the warranty period is 6 months parts-only.

Your bike comes supplied in a crate, so it’s your responsibility to make sure it’s assembled correctly by a qualified motorcycle mechanic. If it isn’t put together properly, the warranty will be void.

When making a warranty claim, please include a copy of your PDI form.

ATVs


For petrol ATVs, Stomp Distribution offers a 1-year parts-only warranty from the date of your original retail purchase. For electric ATVs, the warranty period is 6 months parts-only.

Your quad is supplied in a crate, and it’s your responsibility to have it assembled by a qualified mechanic. Incorrect assembly will invalidate your warranty.

When claiming under warranty, please include a copy of your PDI form.

Owners responsibility

To qualify for this warranty, you’ll need to make sure your product is used and maintained according to the owner’s manual and PDI sheet (including the recommended service schedule).

If you ever have a warranty issue, please take your product to an authorised Stomp Distribution dealer along with your proof of purchase and PDI completed by a qualified motorcycle technician.

Limited liability

Stomp Distribution doesn’t offer any other warranty, either expressed or implied. When you use a Stomp product, you do so at your own risk.

This warranty also doesn’t cover any incidental or consequential losses — for example, loss of use. By purchasing from Stomp Distribution or an authorised dealer, you agree to the terms of this warranty.

Returns

We’re happy to accept returns within 14 days if you decide you no longer want your item — as long as it’s unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

If your item arrives damaged, please let us know right away.

Please note: if any returned parts are damaged in transit, or if the item’s value has been reduced due to over-handling (more than you’d do when viewing it in a shop), a deduction may be made from your refund to cover our costs.

Make sure you package your return securely and send it via recorded delivery. Always keep your proof of postage.

Before sending anything back, please complete our online returns form at stomp-group.com. Once we’ve received and reviewed your request, we’ll email you with the next steps.

Pre-orders and reservations

Items listed as pre-orders are paid for in full at the time of purchase. We’ll dispatch your order as close to the stated arrival date as possible, but please note that this date is only an estimate and may change due to unforeseen delays.

Items listed as reservations require a non-refundable deposit (as stated on the product page). When the item is ready to ship, we’ll contact you to pay the remaining balance (the full RRP minus your deposit).

Built to race

Our expert workshop team will fully assemble your bike, making sure that all major components such as wheels, handlebars, and key mechanical parts are fitted and checked before shipping. Some small or clip-on parts, like lights, reflectors, or simple bolt-on accessories, may be sent separately for you to fit easily once your bike arrives.

Assembly & Delivery Time
Choosing the B2R Service adds extra care and attention to your order, which may slightly extend your delivery time. We always aim to complete builds quickly, but please allow a little extra time so we can prepare your bike to the highest standard. This service currently applies only to KAYO enduro bikes. All other items will be shipped directly in cartons or crates.

Packaging & Shipping
Assembled bikes are securely packed and strapped to a pallet for safe transport. Any smaller parts will be included in the same shipment or sent alongside your order. This is a delivered-in-person service, so we’ll contact you to arrange a suitable delivery time. Please make sure someone is available to receive the bike, as missed delivery slots may incur a re-delivery fee. If you’ve chosen any upgrades, such as wheels, bars, or other major modifications, these will be fitted before your bike ships.

Post-Delivery Inspection
Your bike will leave our workshop Ready 2 Race, but once it’s in transit, things can shift or loosen. We strongly recommend having a competent person inspect your bike before the first ride to check for any damage or issues. A break-in service or inspection is required after your first few hours of riding. It’s also important to visually check your bike before every ride to help keep it running safely and smoothly. If you don’t have a user manual, please contact us and we’ll provide one.

Final Notes
When your bike arrives, please check the packaging and contents carefully. If any minor parts are missing or need fitting, refer to the included assembly guide or get in touch with our support team for help.
